There are animals whose gender changes

There are animals whose gender changes throughout their lives. An example is the gilthead bream which in the early years of life are males and later become females. This also happens to the "Te Ufi" or "pictada margaritifera" - known as the Polynesian black-pearl oyster- a mollusk that may hatch million eggs in a year during her female time life.
